Dear community,

Here is our last patchnote.
We would like to address a special thank to all the testers, developers, players ... that made these fixes possible.


  • ANTICHEAT
    • Fixed a false positive that could ban a mind controlled player
    • Fixed several packets altering exploits
    • We now have several algorithms to detect gold selling websites advertisers. This is something that has never been done on any wow server to our knowledge.
    • Added a detection for a new cheat framework released a few weeks ago. More than 20 detected players have been banned today.
  • GENERAL
    • Fixed a possible client crash with KnockBacks
    • When a character is deleted, it is correctly removed from his guild
    • Several crash sources have been fixed
    • A possible fix for the crash that happens some days at 14:00 has been applied
    • Performance: some code has been changed to reduce the number of high latency peaks
    • Implement bones despawn after a specific time
    • Unstuck no longer triggers Heartstone cooldown
  • PVP
    • Fixed teleportation at the end of the battleground
    • Fixed a bug where more players than allowed could enter a battleground
    • Alterac: It is no longer possible to tag as a premade using an addon
    • Alterac: Fixed a client crash
    • Alterac: Fixed corpse looting
    • Alterac: Now possible to buff bosses. And they don't lose their buffs at reset
    • Alterac: Added landmines, herbs, ores ...
    • Alterac: Fixed an exploit that was live for a few hours and allowed players to get up to 19 black lotus in a few hours only. There items have been removed from the game, and the exploit is fixed.
    • Apply PvP targeting rules when sending a pet to attack a player (check if the player is tagged for PvP)
    • Fixed kill of unflagged PvP players exploit after being MC
    • BG QUEUE:
      • The BG queue system has been a little randomized to prevent that if 40 players tag at the same time, they enter the same new BG (alterac premade bypass).
      • Premade groups no longer bypass the waiting queue when they tag (they were put at the first position in the queue)
      • A bug has been fixed in the BG queue. It should slightly reduce the premade average waiting time
      • You should no longer have a visual error at BG tag as a premade
  • PVE/QUESTS
    • Fixed Onyxia head drop on the horde side
    • Fixed Onyxia scales looting
    • The bosses in Molten Core now have their loot tables modified so that they drop recipes like 'Pattern: Core Armor Kit'
    • Fixed the quest "Ghost-o-plasm Round Up"
    • Quest 'The Attack'
      • reworked completely
      • fixed multiple spawns of NPC 'Marzon the Silent Blade'
      • added missing dialogues
      • added 'Lescovar's Head' to the quest objectives and loot table
      • the quest should reset now properly after a short break (Spybot needs to cool down, he overheated before!)
    • Fixed a bug where a removed quest could not be taken again
    • A mind controlled player is no longer removed from the threat lists
    • Fixed several quest chests that could not be looted by some players (Warsong War Supplies for example)
  • SPELLS/ITEMS
    • Fixed immune computation for wand damage.
    • Fixed abnormally huge delay when removing an aura (shapeshift ...)
    • You will no longer get glancing blows against totems
    • Priest: Inner Focus aura is no longer removed if the cast fails because of line of sight check
    • Item [Wolfshead helm]: Fixed energy gain
    • Rogue Poison Charges
      • now have charges
      • charges are displayed next to the timer
      • charges are removed on each proc

Most of these changes are quite positive, especially those concerning delay reduction and AV fixes, but...

Is that really necessary? Sounds like a good way to kill a lot of flavor in active wPvP hotspots. Nesingwary after 2-3 days of server being up is such a beautiful sight, you know. Do skeletons actually affect server performance that much? Can't see this change being worth it.

Please fix ground assault in AV! + make cavalry/elemental assault repeatable + fix armor scraps upgrades, they don't apply correctly, + Suggestion: balance AV by making both side vendors/blacksmiths have much smaller health pools and much longer respawn rate.

I like the fix in AV for herbs, but I still fail to see why you fixed a PVP HERB nodes and not the DM one's or world one's that are actually hurting the economy and healthy raiding system. we got 3ple the pop, show some love to herbalist, do not force them to go to AV because that place is actually best to herb in. -.-

There's likely a whole lot of other things that slows the server down, so you have to compensate it by doing things like this.

It doesn't affect server performance but it can affect an individual player's game performance on lower-end machines.

It really gets more ridiculous than anything. It's funny the first or second time you walk through Nesingwary and there are skeletons as far as the eye can see, after a while it just seems silly.

It is a good indicator of hot spots I suppose, but even with the skeletons disappearing after a short time, I'll wager there will still be plenty around.
