Question, how much focus will remain on the vanilla server? Considering there are still a huge amount of bugs and issues to address.

This is the most important part to me.

Sure, I'll be happy to play on TBC, maybe, but I came to Nostalrius for the vanilla server and if it was to be merged / removed / fall to the side, I would be bitterly disappointed. In that sense, I sincerely hope that the TBC servers will not impact negatively on the fixing of bugs and availability of the vanilla servers.

It wouldn't be. I believe the plans are to release a TBC server well after the vanilla content is cleared to provide players with new content / new expansion to experience and to fulfill the concept of content progression that the Nost team are currently doing with the patches.

As a side note they have also said that it is very unlikely that there will be a WOTLK server. I really like this as it keeps the private server within the golden period of WoW which is why we are all here in the first place.

It wont be available for some time, since the playerbase are only about halfway through Vanilla and the idea is that this is an expansion in its conventional sense (while obviously continuing to support and develop vanilla).
