i'm not sure where to report this but it isn't a bug. more an oversight when creating the PTR:

as a shadow priest i missed some items for gearing, but mostly a DPS caster offhand. there is none whatsoever. there is a blue healer offhand tho, that grants me 8 stamina. other than that i was able to mostly recreate my gear from live, which is fine.

also (not so much for aq20 but for aq40) a consumable vendor would be appreciated.

havent been able to do any aq yet tho.
