None of those things are supposed to stack. Other private servers never seemed to bother with fixing this, it seems.

It's not supposed to stack with class buffs. Only thing that supposed to stack is Blasted Lands buff.

Most of the buffs did stack albeit a portion of them at least. I know sages spirit would stack, though the int would not.

neither stack from sages.
Divine spirit overwrites Sages and Arcane brilliance does as well. so both int and spirit are not stacking currently.
just like the greater int elixir is not stacking with arcane brilliance.

All these non-stacking things aren't bugs, they were scripted this way on purpose and work the same way it did on retail.
