Had a Fel drop while doing NR tank helm farming. The rogue that got it, his dps jumped a lot. Lobo MH.
Pretty good combo cause the lobo proc is like vis'kag and is a wound, so it can crit based off your melee crit rate.

Oh yeah that's right. Someone had mentioned this to me and insisted that it was implemented in vanilla, but now that I think about it, I had Quel'Serrar in retail vanilla, and I definitely remember that proccing while the proc was already active.
He may insist on it, but he is wrong. Internal CDs was NOT implemented in vanilla.
