Were people really surprised by this? If your series features females (or males, or animals, or squid lolis, the internet isn't really very picky) someone WILL draw porn of them. On a serious note, Overwatch truly IS overwatched. It's TF2 with slightly more classes (sometimes copied from other games, Reaper is basically LoL's Katarina, but slower). It has 12 maps (3 of them have 3 subsections) that rotate forever or until boredom sets in and you seppuku your internet connection. That's all the content there is, 12 maps and 21 people. Plus some irrelevant cosmetic unlockables nobody cares about.

For the great price of 40 USA pesos. 60 if you want some extra skins. Which is, by the way, offered as the default option, with the 40-dollar version hidden in small print under all the big purchase-related buttons. I'm pretty sure Blizzard is trying to keep people playing the game with post-purchase rationalization (I bought this for a full price, therefore it MUST be good).

Because the game itself, content wise, is a F2P that offers only the distinct playstyles of the characters (always a good thing, if you don't play the other games, you don't notice half of the heroes is copied, so I'll give this to Blizzard).

Overwatch is fun but i'm already tired of it for a few reasons.

- I don't like the majority of the heros because they look stupid. I don't want to be a dwarf, a fat slob, or a chick when I play. I want a character that represents what I like or want to express.
- Loot boxes suck and you get NOTHING from winning a match except facebook likes and maybe a good potg. I don't want some box filled with random trash like voice packs or sprays only when I level. I want merited rewards based on my performance and the option to choose what I want, instead of having 3 legendaries for a stupid looking robot i'll never play that I didn't earn except by playing the game or gambling.
- Objectives are meaningless in the context of the game like following a slow moving car that nobodies driving.
- No progression or character customization. I have the same skins as everyone else
- Constantly forcing you to leave the game so you can't make friends with the people you're playing with because its all new people. Reminds me of WoW dungeon finder. Its also nearly impossible to add someone as a friend during a match. I'm sure there's a way but I still don't know how. There's no right click > add friend, and you can't choose a server with familiar people.
- Zero updates since beta. NOTHING. I mean, why not add something cool for release? A couple new skins? Bonus coins? Anything, seriously.

Overall its been entertaining but it won't last long without new heros and merited rewards. But who knows how long until the first update. And it pisses me off knowing that they probably won't make any significant improvements like merit based rewards for winning the match or getting upvotes / potg. But of course they won't do that because gambling and getting trash from lootboxes makes more money than selling skins, coins, or awarding them from playing well.

Welcome to the casual shit fest that Overwatch is, the thing with the crates and what not seems like an attempt to copy paste Valves success with CSGO/TF2 etc
