Physical Features: Nathair's long, wavy blond hair is pulled into a ponytail, a few unkempt strands are left hanging below his ears. A dented metal loop pierces his right eyebrow. The very tips of his slightly pointed fingernails are tinted with a sickly yellow-green. Darkened, greenish bags accent his sunken, snakelike golden eyes.
Special Abilities: Incredibly resistant to poison and disease. Can breathe underwater for up to 4 hours at a time. Excellent at casting and controlling plague-based magic.
Positive Personality Traits: Witty, honest, generally well-meaning
Negative Personality Traits: Antisocial, lazy, mentally fragile, too generous with offensive magic
Misc. Quirks: Nathair feels almost no negative emotions at all, meaning he can become a ruthless killing machine if it's necessary. He feels compassion for others, however; and has a positive emotional response when helping someone. This also happens when he uses a fel-based spell (as all warlocks feel) and, for some reason, when he casts poison- or plague-causing magic. There isn't really anything stopping him from being a sociopathic slaughterer other than personal preference, really.
History: Forty-six years ago, a naga warlord by the name of Jezhri had been stationed near Gillijim's Isle to guard some generic super-powerful artifact. This happened to be right around the time Deirdre the Brash, a human ex-pirate, the only one of her crew to escape their sinking ship, had been paddling around blindly in a rowboat, attempting to find a landmass to dock on. As it happened, Gillijim's Isle was a landmass in the sight range of Deirdre's tiny boat. Jezhri was oddly understanding for a naga, and put down his weapon after Deirdre explained her situation to him. She desired no treasure or riches or whatever the artifact was, she just needed some sort of roofed structure to live under for a while.
The naga felt pity for Deirdre, and the two built a makeshift shack for her to stay the night in. As the two of them got to know each other, they fell deeply into forbidden love with one another. One night turned into a week, a week turned into three months, three months into a year, and so on. Eventually they decided to have a child. The whole discussion behind this decision and the conception of said child was awkward and kind of gross, so we won't delve into it any further. It is worth mentioning that this child was Nathair.
Jezhri and Deirdre were both expecting an unholy abomination, but Nathair looked, for the most part, passably human. Having nowhere else to go, Nathair lived a healthy childhood and adolescence in and around the tiny shack, which now seemed more like a massive mansion.
At the age of 14, Nathair grew bored with his three-person life, and built a good-sized sailboat with the help of his parents. All three knew that a naga-human couple would have no place anywhere with civilization, so Nathair left alone. His father mentioned powerful summoners called Warlocks in several conversations, which influenced Nathair's path towards fel magic. Deirdre had told him many stories about her adventures in Booty Bay; these stories inspired Nathair's decision to sail there. He had no map or compass, and accidentally hit land near Westfall. It was a mere week until he stumbled across Northshire Abbey and the Warlock trainers in that area, but almost seven years until he mastered the necessary casting processes used by all of the Warlock spells. Once he did this, he was an incredibly fast learner; and the very day he mastered Shadowbolt and Fel Armor was the day he gladly assisted the Alliance with their various battles.

What a way to spice up humanity! Throw a little naga blood in the veins. He must lead a secretive existence as not to be identified as a naga-born human and warlock to boot! I hope to see more of this chap in the times to come... who knows what destiny has in store for him?

Also, it wouldn't hurt if we came up with a forum topic with a stickied, standardized character sheet. Perhaps I should jot one up.
