There is plenty to do. It is an MMO afterall. From actual productive activities such as farming and raiding to some rather lighthearted things like RP and general tomfoolery. There is a TBC realm in the making. The PVP in vanilla is not known to be very balanced (as far as I know it's pretty much the same deal in retail with the exeption of endless nerf waves) however I and many others can confirm that there is plenty of fun to be had in it. Not to mention you have players like Simonich who help keep world PVP alive. I can't say much about the classes working how they should since I'm pretty much stuck to my rogue (who seems to be working just fine) however I'm not seeing many people complaining (atleast not about anything too serious).
'tis but a jest, brother!
