Add Magic resist potion +50 all resist for 3 min. Does not stack with pally/priest/hunter, but is used when you need arcane resist. I like to use this on Chromag pre-enrage. Just hope you don't resist the first Time-Lapse or the OT won't get rage and it will cap your raid DPS early.

Mongoose and Agil do not stack. Only 1 food buff can be on at a time.

Firebreath Chili is a good one for AoE threat, however it shows as a poison and will piss you off when people dispell it after telling them 10 times not to.

Add in the Ungoro buffs as well - Crystal Spire is damage reflect and gives a cool orb around you that matches the Legendary neck. The armor buff stacks if I am not mistaken.

Add scroll of protection IV.

Add the 3 spell crit from Tribute. Tanks that use chance on hit weapon/trinket will get the spell crit from this with Alcorz / Thunderfury / DMC: Maelstrom / Lifestealing

Last time I tried, Dragonbreath Chili will replace your current Well Fed buff.

That is correct. It is for AoE tanking as the proc is a cone effect.

There's a max to the number of buffs you can have, and using some of those for things like 3% spell crit is retarded.

I dont think there is actually. There is however a limit on how many buffs that are shown. You get around this limit by getting the addon called buffalo.
