I've seen many reports that the demon spawn timers were greatly reduced all the way down to 20 minutes.

However based on the fact that this hunter has been AFK in burning steppes for 12 hours I can conclude this is false.

Is there any word on this?

No. Also I watched your guide on winterspring but the boss seems to reset and heal for ~30% at the top point of the hill and then continues to follow me, any idea why?
