Well I tried multiple times with orb, noggen, orb + noggen and it's just not happening. I'd really appreciate a screenshot perhaps. Really feel down for not getting how to do it

I was mislead, apparently people can do it with Savory Deviate Delight, and being a female. Female being the key part of that. Thus, the other races are still true, but left out one important detail.
