Start with Skinning and Herbing. Keep all the herbs, sell all the leather.

While leveling send all the greens/blues, cloth you get from mobs to a bank alt/alts.

Hit level 60.

Drop skinning, keep 3 rugged hide and 30 rugged leather for your Hide of the Wild.

Take Enchanting, DE all your greens/blues you got from leveling. Save the mats you need for enchants aka lvl
60 mats. Sell the rest on the AH.

Drop Enchanting, take tailoring. Level tailoring too 300 with the cloth you saved from leveling, get Truefaith Pattern off the AH or farm it.

Make Truefaith Vestments.

Drop Tailoring and level Engineering too 300 using mats off the AH.

Would end having Engineering and Herbilism at 300

Why don't you just keep 1 set off profession instead of leveling like 5 on one character?
