What spec ranks should I use as a fresh 60 healer priest? Only healed as rdruid and going to level a Priest on another server.

Flash heal rank 1, 4, and 7 for emergencies. Mostly for raids
All ranks of prayer of healing, you will have to know when its best.
Greater heal 1, 3
Heal will be your main spam healing ability use all ranks
Lesser heal max rank if you no mana.
Renew ranks 4,6 and max.
Bubbles are situational and best used as emergency HP buffers.

Healing as a priest is keybinding heavy and requires you to know what your spells very well. If you want to maximize your skill you'll need a raid frame UI that shows deficit HP points to select the proper spell.

Indeed using flash heal as a primary spell in raids = bad. But it doesn't mean it has no place. After all flash heal is a great emergency top off spell. Of course one has to know how to heal to the max to know what they're doing with FH ranks.
