1: Introduction
Welcome to the recruitment thread of <Lothars Reign>, an EU based Raiding guild, Before the shutdown of Nost we were farming our way through Molten Core and Onyxia, whilst preparing for the release of Blackwing Lair. While we may not always be looking for raiders, due to us having a well established core, we're always on the lookout for more social players.

1: Recruitment
Recruitment is currently OPEN.
Currently needed:
1 - 2 Holy Priests
1 - 2 Mages
Other classes will be considered and nothing is final till release so give us a message and we can talk.
We have at least 30 old members returning and are just looking to fill a few spots in our roster.
2: Progression, Raidtimes and Loot
Current progression is:
Molten Core (10/10)
Onyxia's Lair (1/1) 2x 20 man groups.
We fully expect to clear future content releases as they are made available to us.

3: About Us
We started out as a group of friends who have played together on and off since the beta. We started recruiting with the intention of raiding as early as November 2015. After merging with Freshwater, a leveling guild with a very strict no-tolerance policy concerning trolls and unpleasant people, something that the two guilds had in common, we finally managed to get enough players to succesfully establish a 40-man raiding team.
Many of our members have raided with great success in the past, notably Naxxramas in vanilla, and several server firsts spread out across numerous members. Our leadership is experienced, both in leading a guild and leading a raid.
We have returned to experience the glory days of vanilla World of Warcraft in a relaxed but skilled environment. Most of us have families and full-time jobs by now, so the hardcore aspect of raiding is not something that appeals to the guild at this point.
In light of the previous paragraph, one of our goals is to clear the content in a relaxed manner while allowing people to play on their own time as well. It is important for us that our members are able to enjoy the game, without feeling pressured.
We try to stay organized, using a Raidplanner for signing up and off for raids, using Discord as a means of communication outside of guilds and lastly voicechat. We don't expect everyone to talk, but it is mandatory for raiding to be on voicechat for instructions, and the occasional trash talk.
Our guild members are all expected to act as adults, and generally represent the guild in a proper manner to the outside world. Our members stay informed on information about their class, boss fights and generally have a rather odd sense of humour.
