<taiwan tigers> US PvE

There's a new raiding guild on the block, and we need members. Specifically healers and dps.
Who we are:
<taiwan tigers> is a small community bound by blood dedicated to dropping bosses. We're a fresh bunch, having only been around for a few months, but we've made considerable progress in not much time at all. We have experienced leadership willing to take this guild to MC, BWL and beyond.
Raid times, Loot distribution, and other bureaucratic details:
Currently the times are Friday starting at 5pm EST and Saturday starting at 6pm EST, this is subject to slight change, however we will always be a weekend American-oriented (eurofriends always welcome) raiding guild.
We will be using a loot council which factors in attendance, size of upgrade, effort (do you help guildies outside of raids, do you bring appropriate consumables, etc.), and time since last upgrade. Show up, do what you need to, be somewhat amiable, and loot will come.
In regards to progression, we have downed 4 bosses in MC, 5 bosses in ZG, and Onyxia, all while undermanned and undergeared. Our goal is to fill up our raid slots so we can get all of MC on farm and set our sights for BWL.
Requirements:
We try and keep the guild levels 50+, but experienced, exceptional or otherwise distinguished players of all classes and levels are welcome.
60 is good, attuned is better, preraid bis is even better. The sooner you can raid with us the sooner we can push the limits of our progression.
Needs:
We are currently recruiting all classes EXCEPT tank warriors and mages. High priority on holy priests, resto druids and warlocks.
