Stress Test Confirmed:

Registration closes tomorrow and the upcoming Stress Test has been confirmed. The Test Date has been set for January 30th at 5:30 p.m. EST and will last approximately 48 hours. With that said, the members of Exiled are extremely excited to participate.

As a guild, we will be hosting two, 20-man raids. Our first raid will take place on Friday night at 8:30 p.m. EST, and we will tackle Zul’Gurub. Following the completion of Zul’Gurub, we will then venture into Ahn’Qiraj on the following night (Saturday the 31st) at 8:30 p.m. EST. Outside of our scheduled raids, we’ll also be running some dungeons and hanging out in vent throughout the day to ensure our previous reports were addressed and/or valid.

I’d like to note that we are still seeking exceptional players of all classes to join us. Remember though, our open recruitment policy is only temporary so we encourage you to head over to our website and jump on this opportunity while it is still available. We’d also like to thank the Dev’s once again for their continued hard work on the project in order to sufficiently prepare Nostalrius for launch!

**See you at the test**

Would love to join you guys again but 2:30 in the morning seems kinda rough.
So: If someone exceptional is looking for a US group for the stress test , I can only suggest contacting these guys ;) +Rep!

Thanks for all that juicy +Rep -- much appreciated!

It's unfortunate to see that we won't have the big boss joining in on the fun again, but it is completely understandable. We are just happy to have a longer session and some more accommodating times for everyone.

That said though, I did see the emergence of those EU Baconators, and I'm pulling for you -- make the Bacon proud and don't let me down!

Stress Test Results:

The Stress Test is coming to a close, and Exiled is extremely happy with the results. As a guild, we’ve been able to pick up a substantial number of new recruits, and it has only helped reassure us of our success on the upcoming launch. This experience has helped us further organize the guild and iron out our composition, all while effectively assimilating all new recruits into our gaming community. For this, we couldn’t be more pleased with where we are. That said, now it’s time to get down to the nitty gritty.

The addition of new members has greatly bolstered our raid forces for the test as well as launch. Thanks to the contribution of these members, we were able to fully clear both ZG and AQ20 during the test (with the exception of the bosses that were unkillable due to bugs).

With this test, Exiled now has 55 confirmed raiders for the upcoming launch, but make no mistake, it doesn’t stop here. As previously mentioned, we don’t recruit the bare minimum, and for that reason, we are still accepting exceptional players of all classes. While some of our recruitment standards have remained the same, others have changed.

Our guild has expanded; therefore, the scope of our recruitment is beginning to narrow. We originally began with the implementation of our recruitment policy, but we always stated that this was only temporary. Now comfortable with both our numbers and our composition, we are transitioning into our next phase of recruitment – Applications. From here on out, all players interested in Exiled must fill out an application in order to be taken into consideration. We feel as if this is a necessary change in order to ensure that our new members are meeting our minimum requirements.

Detailed Breakdown of Recruitment:

Warrior (Prot): Low
Warrior (DPS): Low
Warlock: Low
Paladin: Low
Hunter: Low
Priest: Low
Rogue: Low
Druid: High
Mage: Low

As usual, head over to our website for more information and/or to apply. Once again, all the members of Exiled would like to give a big shout out to the Staff for listening to the community, working extremely hard on bug fixes, and providing all of us with the best vanilla experience we’ve been able to find thus far.

Thanks man!

We were both surprised and extremely satisfied with our turnout for both Friday and Saturday night. When considering the fact that we aren't even a weekend raiding guild, I really felt as if the turnout was a true testament towards to level of commitment of our members, both new and old.

Also, thanks to everyone in Exiled for showing up and participating -- we couldn't have done it without your contribution. Keep up the good work!

Upcoming Raid Test:

          Image
The final test has come, and Exiled has big plans in the works for this weekend. We will be hosting a Molten Core/Onyxia run from 7-11 p.m. on Friday the 6th, and we will continue this run on Saturday the 7th from 8-12 p.m. (EST). Despite the recent time change, we may still be bringing in outside members of the Nostalrius community to help depending on our turnout. We believe this will help us properly test the content, while also introducing Exiled to the server.

Now with 60 confirmed raiders for launch, our community is extremely excited for our upcoming future on Nostalrius. That said, I'd like to remind everyone that Exiled is still recruiting players of ALL CLASSES interested in joining up with us. If Exiled interests you, head over to our website for more information and/or to apply. This hype train has started rolling, and I highly recommend getting on board before you get left at the station!
