Going Orc just means that you'll be at the mercy of RNGesus

Isn't the +25% Stun Resist supposed to be +25% to the original chance to resist stuns in Classic? Which meant it was like +0.25% originally?

It is 25% as in 1 out of 4 stuns. Some orc warriors even go 31 15 5 to make you supermad wasting tidal charm
