18k Armor is Cap for Paladins , we can reach this or get close to using Consumes etc. This will reduce Boss damage down to 25% only (which is joke damage 400-500 example) .

12k Armor is "soft cap" that suppose to reduce damage down to 75% for non boss targets but Bosses will be still higher than that (something like 60%).
