Yeah its dumb as fuck. Soc can be parried and shit too, makes no sense.

Any time players get a blank buff to their resists it also increases holy resists, so going a more hybrid spec with spell power to increase holy damage is worthless for pvp. Also i think the bug is active for pve too as ive had mobs parry/dodge command before.

SoC should always be able to be dodge/parried, it should never be resisted though (unless by higher levels).

how can it be parried? its not even a physical attack, its just a blast of holy energy, how can a sword, axe, or mace parry such a thing?

It is Holy "physical attack" .

And yes it suppose to dodge/parry, but should never be "high resistant" like it is shown on the picture.

It should partial resist only on "level base" but that is only 25/50 % of the attack and not always but 20-30% of the attacks maximum will consist partial resist.

This should never be affected by "high resists" because Holy as such didn't exist and therefore it is huge issue (gamebreaking) for all paladins.

No matter how much target suppose to resist , Holy Spells should never apply to that rule.

Evidence:

1:32 = 476 dmg (159 resist) = 25% = 635 full amount of damage - Seal of Command
2:02 = 322 dmg (321 resist) = 50% = 643 full amount of damage - Seal of Command
2:07 = 163 dmg (54 resist) = 25% = 217 full amount of damage - Judgement of Command
2:26 = 262 dmg (87 resist) = 25% = 349 full amount of damage - Judgement of Command

That was evidence for Resistance according to "level based" and 20-30% of attacks will do it only.

Now Evidence that suppose to Parry/Dodge etc.

Revision as of 18:17, November 15, 2006

Unlike other spells, Seal of Command and Judgement of Command are considered physical hits, that does Holy damage. They both use melee crit and hit stats instead of spell crit or hit, and when they crit the damage will be multiplied by two. However like other physical attacks, Seal of Command can miss, or be dodged, parried, or blocked. Judgement of Command can only be resisted.

Evidence for Dodge/Parry etc
