2nd account not working 1st one is fine

I made a 2nd account, to be able to play on both factions.

My first account is working fine. My 2nd account I made exactly the same way, (different email of course) and i did get a confirmation email. I also activated it. Wheni click the link again it says: UNABLE TO ENABLE YOUR ACCOUNT
YOUR ACCOUNT MAY BE ALREADY ENABLED

So it looks good

Just when I log in with the 1st, I get in. When I try the 2nd one. I get: Unable to connect

what can i do? Can i reset password somewhere?

Sounds a little like my problem. Not sure what to do.

i think it is the password. I tried another new account and that one worked fine
