All boots gone after server restart

After the server restart a few minutes ago, every single person on the server has no boots.

I think the best thing they can possibly do is just send out the boots everyone was wearing in the mail back to them.

I don't know if it's related, but the NPC to who players can turn in clothes for Reputation are gone too, in SW/IF/Darnassus at least (confirmed by several players ; clearing the WDB file doesn't fix it).

That's probably an intended fix as those weren't supposed to be in the game yet.
