Voidwalker quest not appearing

my level 25 undead warlock is unable to take the voidwalker quest. I got the imp and succubus quest without a problem, but the voidwalker quest just doesn't appear at the warlock trainer. I have looked in brill, undercity, razor hill and orgrimmar.
