Tried to collect my token to transfer to Elysium and it tells me my account is banned. I leveled this character to max during release, played for a bit, quit playing until about a month before shut down where I leveled a new character ( didn't do anything on this one aside from messing around in town) the day of the shut down I logged into it since I had an epic mount to run around with all the people at the aq gates and stuff like that. It wasn't banned the day of the shut down and wasn't used for much before that. Then randomly when I try to collect my token it's banned. My other accounts aren't banned so I don't think it was for multiboxing or anything like that I may have stupidly done the day of shutdown and forgot about.

Do ban appeals still happen here or am I hosed. Anybody able to tell me maybe why I got banned? I plan to play on the fresh serve anyway so it's not a very big deal... Just kinda wondering what happened.
