I think someone stole my transfer token

I just went to do the account transfer process on Elysium and it kept giving me a 'incorrect information' error when I put my account name and password in just as it had worked in the last days before nost got shutdown.

I would be more than happy to provide whatever additional proof is required such as last few log in locations / internet service providers, people on my friends list, home skill bar layout, or whatever else is needed.

Please help me resolve this horrible issue. I would hate to lose my rogue who I put so much time into
