Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

Dear GM , my account Moonrain was not ban just before the shutdown on Nostalrius. I played until the very last seconds.
I correctly made the transfer of my characters from Nostalrius to Elysium !
But when i try to log in , it says than my account is ban.
I have screenshots from the last moment on Nost when i'm currently playing on it.
