Banned because of Hotmail bug

Hello, i would like to know how to get unbanned from this wierd bug. I was trying to get my old character back (a level 18 something rogue) with an Hotmail account and didnt work. I was trying to get the confirmation email from elysium on HOTMAIL but never got it, and then it seems a bug made me banned after i tried several times to log on WoW without account confirmation. So i finally found that i could use another account and get a Nostalrius token, so i used a gmail accout, found the nostalrius token thing but now it says my account is banned. I got banned from nowhere. sorry for bad english.

I know you guys must have alot of demands these times, but please help me, ive been so desperate to play since yesterday

btw there is ALOT of people with the same problem asking for help on the elysium forum
