Cannot get Token

its been several days since ive been trying to get a token but i keep getting the "We are encountering technical difficulties regarding the token generation procedure. Please try again later." i was wondering if it was a server problem that i hope you get fixed soon or if it was something else, please answer as soon as you can ive been trying to get my account back since the first day you returned, my account is SrboVladic and my main character is Dhelor . Thank you .

ive been getting this same error for the past 7 days. pretty sure there is no effort being made to fix this. have fun leveling up again!
