Nostalrius made it very clear that this server will remain 1.12, TBC will happen on another independant server.
Therefore you really shouldn't worry about getting patch 2.0 on this server.
Maybe they will implement this patch on their launch of the TBC server post Naxx. (As patch 2.0 requires you to have a TBC client)
