In my opinion it's a personal thing and has to be based on your type of gameplay. I like gnomes for their size and escape artist ^^

For Horde I can see an argument to take Orc over Undead because Alliance has a lot of Mages/Warriors/Rogues and little Warlocks and Priests in comparison, not to mention Paladins. You will be stunned a lot more than caught in fears.

Having said that, I still prever UD over Orc.
