[Vote] Old "beta" character recovery

Hi !
My name is Svala and i come from the old Nostalrius Server !
I'm French and my English language is bad. ^^

At the time of the closing of Nostalrius, the staff say that the old character will be maybe recovery 4 to 6 months after the release of Nostalrius Begins.
Nostalrius Begins opened since 02/15/2015.

Quest Objectives
=> Hold a vote for the recovery of the old characters. <=
As a reminder, our character have maximum a T2... and it is really rare case.
At the time, the server was not bugged.
Like YOU we have gold farm, components farm, stuff farm and the dungeon and raid was already qualities.
...And we also had to sweat for our mounts
A lot of us have not used instant 55. About the instant 60 : there were not enough people at this time.

We could maybe impose conditions ?
For example: PvP rank not recover? Only one character per account? Only one account per IP? Legend item not recovery? I dont know...
(edit2) Maybe we can levelup a char to lvl55 for people who have instant 55 use?

Guys, the thing you don't seem to understand is that they do not talk about the beta of "Nostalrius Begins".

Before "Nostalrius Begins", "Nostalrius" was a french private server.
They played on it for years until it was closed for the "Nostalrius Begins".

For sure, a beta is a beta and you ACCEPT this fact when you create a beta character.
But "Nostalrius" wasn't a real beta, it was a full private server....
Imagine if in 1 year Nostalrius Begins closes, and a new Vanilla server from it is created, with the same scripts, the same rules, etc... but you should start over from 0. Wouln't you recovery your characters where you spent a lot of time ? Where you already leveled from 1 to 60 ?
What would you think if they say to you "Finally Nostalrius Begins was just a beta, we will now close it to open a bigger and better server, but you have to start everything again from 0."

If they had ask that at the opening I would have disagree this, but now a lot of people are already 60... and there were not a lot of people on the old Nostalrius.

Nostalrius was a Blizzlike private server.
Only interfaction or instant 55/60 are not blizzlike.
All dungeons, Raids, quests, was already blizzlike.

Imagine now that the Nostalrius Begins say that : "Okay guy's this was a beta! You must start all over."
So you would not get your character?

it is normal that characters get wiped at the end of beta.

I used to play on the old server aswell, and svala was in my guild.
We did not know that our old server was a "Beta", they kind of sprung that on us pretty much overnight.
As svala said, imagine if tomorrow viper said "Okay guys, thanks for testing the beta of Nostrils begins, you all gotta level again.
You'd be distraught and you've only been playing for a couple of months. We played for years!
So i think hat we should be able to get our characters back, but not yet.
I think they should come available either just before naxx (none of us raided naxx, ever), and have certain conditions, like only 1 account per person, or only 2-3 characters.

and i want my char from vanilla retail back. they didnt tell me they would fck that game up so much. or pls give me my other 60s from other blizzlike x1 servers because i deserve it.

i can see your motivation, but you could simply level another 60 here like everyone else. and pls stop acting like its like constructing a wonder of the world that can only archieved once in a life to level a 60.

maybe it wasnt nice to wipe the old server, but thats another topic.
