PvP Test and Advertisement

If the PvP test is going to be open to anyone that wants to try it then we should post about it on http://www.reddit.com/r/wowservers/ at least. With that, if we all toss it an upvote it will at least show up to anyone that looks there.

There are probably other sites we could post about it as well.

If anything it's a good sign that the server is moving in the right direction.
