This is to add another rule to the terms of use on Nostralruis under the subsection for Greifing.
-Uncontrolled demons summoned by warlocks or the kiting of powerful bosses to PvE Zones.
Why is this important?
Lets answer this with a story. Today, I visited Elwynn Forest to level up my mining. And upon entering the forest, general chat was exploding of reports about Horde Warlocks summoning infernals at key questing locations of Jasperlode mine and Guard Thomas's Area. So, my leveling of mining eventually brought me to Jasperlode mine, and there it was. Still standing and beating the shit outta any lowbie that comes close to the mine. As I write this, I'm still standing next to the mine. The infernal still there, impeding the progress of players and has been close to 20 minutes now, probably longer, since the incident started. This is griefing. But it is not against the rules of griefing.
Why should it be a rule?
There is a rule currently in place to protect the starting area of all races. Northshire Abby, Cold Ridge Valley, etc. that no demons can be summoned in there. But why is it just there? Obviously to prevent the impediment of players progression of levels 1-5. Why has it not extended out to the rest of Elwynn Forest. Doesn't make much sense to me, since its not a rule, thats what players do. This rule should be applied to all of the starting zones. Elwynn Forest, Dun Morogh, Durotar, Teldrassil, Mulgore and the Tirisfal Glades. These zones are where new players who have never played WoW are going to learn the game. And believe me there are plenty of new players. I see them daily. And they cannot fathom why this is allowed. They argue with fellow alliance about how its wrong and the other side argues that it is "PvP". It isn't PvP. It is greifing.
There is a reason that these zones are a PvE zone. There are plenty of other places to do these sort of acts. A PvE zone should not be one of em. Hell, I don't even think Blizzard allowed this back in the day.
Please, show some support for this, I hope I explained this well enough for everyone.
