U mean its any different on PvE? I mean only thing that makes it different on PvE is lower population but since you can't kill opposing faction rivals on PvE it doesn't make it that MUCH easier. Like if 6k pop PvE is comperable to 12k PvP if you assume that half of your rivals on PvP can be killed.
