As long as you have a higher level toon on the account (say level 20), I wouldn't have any chat restrictions. If it's a fresh account, I'd be pretty draconian with any use of chat channels.

Sorry if that impedes a Hogger group. I usually just say "inv" as a group is attacking him...no huge need to use public channels.

Dezzysmalls - 21 Dwarf - Sits in Ashenvale spamming
Hks - lvl 22 Nelf - Sits in Redridge spamming via whisper

if we would start to create tickets - there will no the time to play!
also I must to note, the last two OK*G**ES spam whispers came from 19 lvl (name Isy, rogue) and 22 lvl (name Blackflunk, hunter) accounts. may be these accounts were hijacked.
also you can see that trade speak restriction DOESN'T WORK against that spammers!

the one solution I see: restrict chinese IPs and that will remove this chinese businessman from the realm.

Did you do something spectacular? Been semi afk since I made the thread and haven't checked it out, but the spam is way way better now (still there but far from as bad). One step in the right direction!
