Guild Name Change Services

Hey!

Just a thought that I and a few other guildies have been having. We feel that a potential guild name change service could be a really interesting/useful tool. I feel that as guilds go through different management changes, or just a change in mindset, the leaders are no longer too interested in their name, though they don't want to disband it. If this is already a tool, then sorry for posting about it (please redirect me to it if there is one).
