There is no place it can be hosted without copywrite laws that have ok ping for everyone. I meen shit I had 200 ping on nost in France imagine if they hosted it from china or something where the laws are none existent .

Why don't you host the servers in Romania, we have the best internet connection in all Europe and US law doesn't apply here.

Not Sweden. I would suggest Iran or Belarus. They are developed enough and their hostile attitude to United States might be useful for us.

Less safe options involve Russia, Romania, Finland or Balcan states, but surely no western European country or any of the Baltic states.

SnowChamber I don't really think he is talking about copyright law, but rather the likelihood the owners of the server are going to get served legal papers and/or it really be a threat. It needs to be some place where they can shrug it off. I think Nos was the perfect target because its a popular server in a country sympathetic to US law.
