Possible (temporary) PTR alongside the actual realm

well title says it all, though it is more of a question than a suggestion

can the devs inform us whether they have the ressources to run a 2nd "test realm" parallel to the actual realm after release?
doesnt have to be 24/7, maybe like for a day or two during weekends or once a month

a seperate realm where people have access to commands to spawn various targetdummies, spawn specific items into the bag by id, a spec reset token etc

basically to test out if shit (mostly abilities and active/passive talents) actually WORKS

yes, you can try and bribe a guildhealer to heal himself against your dmg while you test all your stuff
are you willing to pay said healer to stand still and heal for an hour while you shoot 2000 arrows into his face?
are you willing to pay thousands of gold because of respeccing every 2 minutes to test if everything works as intended?
this isnt a "convenience" issue, it is straight out a matter of providing the devs with usable information to fix (gamebreaking) stuff
if you do a test with 100 autoshots/meleeswings and call that "reliable data" you get laughed at
and providing reliable data on the live realm would pretty much drain you out of every single ressource you have, in some cases it would be simply impossible

so once again, occasional PTR, yay or nay?
