Anyone who has ranked knows that the Chinese have always had a swinging door of chars that they later go on to sell for RMB. Sure, there's been cases of Euro/NA people selling their GM/HWL accounts as well, but it simply isn't done at this blatant, dare I say it, Industrial level? The more surprising aspect is that the Nost devs simply either choose to ignore it, or have some reason for it to continue.

Except it holds true. Those "Chinese hackers" that you're defending DID actually hack in and steal private info/background check info from 30 million US federal/contractors last year. I don't trust or like them and I never will.

only a good price if you've quit/done with the game for an EURO/NA if you compare the amount of working hours put into to the character and to what you would make doing minimum wage in your country it's most likely less.

I would say this validates the names of the list as actually being for sale. It would be too big a coincidence to pick 50 random names, where almost half were to become banned 3 months later.
