Rumors: PvP reset being delayed cuz chinese is raiding?

So this is a question to the GM's, are you actually delaying the server PvP reset due to chinese people are raiding at the exact same hour?
(/who "raid instance name" and then look at the guild names, its always 2-4 chinese guilds raiding at the PvP reset hour)

I see everyone saying this ingame and wanted to know if this is actually the truth.

Of course it's because of the chinese.
Just like your milk which got sour - chinese spoiled it and also the chinese are moving their extremely loud lawn mowers at 6:00 in the morning not letting you sleep.

I know it sounds ridiculous lol... Thats why I wanna know if its actually true, cuz it seems very likely to be the case.

It's not. The fact they are raiding at these hours is because it's their peak hours. Plain and simple. You can notice it everyday.

A GM answered this question once. The server restart for PvP ranks update is not triggered by GMs and when it happens every wednesday depends on if the fixes/changes applied to the server are ready/tested/etc.

AKA it's delayed sometimes because they don't want to apply changes without being sure it would not fuck up the server.
