Yes, this union of gear accessibility and flexibility in pve raids on one side, and great motive and morale to world pvp, to invade, and work for the faction's glory on the other side will offer both sides what they havent experienced from the opposite side.

The Red Dawn since day 1 was always been world pvping, but completely out of contact with pve and epics.
Interest was shown to slowly advance on that matter

Dreamstate has done great progress to perfect the raids in effectivity and speed, having unlimited access to the best equipment, experienced all pve progression and mastered it, but they have yet to experience the warfare of the battlefield, outriding and hunting the enemies of the horde, and the glory of breaking in the gates of the enemy city.

Both guilds have great stuff to offer to each other, its almost a win win situation.
