Why are you so worked up about spellbinder buff? It worked on retail and it didn't work here. You can see in the video and even the screenshots I've posted that we didn't have that buff. If it works now that's great! Just makes next week easier for us
This is a bit offtopic, but I found it interesting. What's the fuss about the spellbinder buff? I'm not sure you're talking about the same buff as I'm thinking about, but if it is, then it's the MC in BRS to buff the raid? We used that in retail, so it would be silly to call that cheating, or abusing (not directed at you, it's directed at the player you quoted).
I don't know what the fuss is about, they (people insulting GRIZZLY) continue to shift the goal posts and try to come up with new things that we "exploited". I especially liked Ridin Dirty's attempt when it was proven they had knowledge of an exploit and didn't report it. As far as spellbinder I really don't know what the big deal is, it's supposed to work like it did on retail and yet it didn't work here and we killed Rag anyway. Overall I believe that people are just upset."

btw, all reports sent to the bug tracker/GMs are made invisible for the public to reduce collateral damage on the server.

I think me and my guildmates might have found the root cause to this from experimenting with the prism charm and any +all resist affix items.
with the bugged prismcharm, we got up to 150 resist all. we had a pally duel this person outside IF and found that every binary/non-binary "holy" spell to get resisted fully.
this was tested on consecration, hammer of wrath, hammer of justice (with 0 stun resist), and judgements/seals.
it seems that holy resistance is linked to the 5 elements of arcane/nature/fire/frost/shadow on mangos core itself, resulting in all the bugs you see currently with mobs and such. we believe that holy resist may be linked to the fire resist element as well. we also know that any +all resist items or affixes like cloak enchant +5 all, and possibly the +5 all resist shoulder chant (soon to be the bug trio trinket of 100+all resist) affect holy resistance.
All resistance should only affect the 5 elements listed above on the character sheet. since +all resist is affecting holy spells. this means that holy resistance is included on the 5 element resistance sheet. this explains why we were getting full resists after an hour of testing in a duel with prismcharm and enchants.
as far as I know, holy resistance needs to be a unique and separate classification separated from the 5 elements. maybe ISVV team can confirm or anyone that has access to a prismcharm still can also reproduce the results I explained.

2 months ago from bug report made matches the guild getting prismcharm for testing resistance table issues on Nost. this was imperative since huhuran would have been a huge boss to be exploited by players who would abuse this. (something other players on Nost never quite understood)
sometimes Knowing the game for over 12 years and probably only the select few who played back then know what to do with common loopholes from the old game.. did we abuse exploits for our advantage in game? no.
we've made it clear through out the entirety of the guild to always report and always have a record for exploits/bugs that were found.
in regards to prismcharm, it was a tool to use to further back the resistance bug which would have been fixed sometime soon hopefully? either way, it was on the bug report pertaining to this issue as well as reported to the devs about it since release (see grizzly thread and such)
