decided to change the whole kill target mark to simply being able to assign different raid marks on players

if this addon targets random ppl in range every X seconds inform the rogues they shouldnt use it...

it picks information up via raid target unit frames, so no need to worry about dropped combo points

yeah, there's no target changing involved here(even though that was my first approach). I'm only using your current target, mouseover and your party and raid member's targets

- implemented a settings menu in which you can change: scale, layout aswell as toggle on/off; names, mana bars
- some ui changes to hopefully making frames more intuitive
- can set different raid marks on targets (by assigning a keybind of by right-clicking the target's health bar)

just had an epiphany, why not had mouseover support so you can effortlessly viper sting anyone with a mana bar

/efs or you can click the 'S' button on the button bar

No doubt this addon seems to be cool...

but on the release downloaded on 23rd of Februry... I have a tons of error raised
