Mailbox - AH sale doesn't show details + more

I was hoping someone may know a fix for this issue. I noticed recently that whenever I successfully sell an item in the Auction House, I can see the gold in my mailbox but when i click on the mail it doesn't give me the details of my sale. All the fields just say 0 or is blank.
Also when i try to collect the gold by clicking on it, the gold does not come off. I have to close out of the mailbox then reopen it to collect. Pretty annoying if your going through 10+ mail each time.
Has anyone had this problem and figured out a solution?
