Is probably because Chronometer is bugged to hell on Nostalrius

(doesn't clear after you've killed mob, doesn't change colors, and even if you try to set it to disappear immediately after debuff runs out, it'll still fade over several seconds).

I'm looking for addon for keybindigs like "move cursor to the spell and press key what you want bind".

Is there anything like Raven that could used to track player/target specific buffs/debuffs in Vanilla?

I tried EBB but it doesn't seem to track target debuffs.
Buffalo doesn't display as a bar
Chronometer displays all debuffs with no way to only select certain ones...

Any ELVUI - type addons?

Is there any addon that can display the talents of other players?
