LF Name plates addon

I've tried looking through the forums on here and wow-one as well as looking through the massive addon folder but couldn't find anything. Maybe my searching skills are awful or there aren't any out there.

but does anyone know/have/can link a good name plates addon? Would be very much appreciated.
