Plask, what is your source for claiming that on retail the respawn rate was 10 minutes? Furthermore, your guide is from TBC - are you certain that the rates were not tweaked some point in that expansion?

I want to take this opportunity to point out that this isnt some criminal conspiracy of the guild to get rich of dem herbs. At same point in the afternoon someone (who's name i honestly cannot remember because it was entirely inconsequential..) pointed out that the herbs (that he should have) from the darkmoonvendor respawn (as they did). At no point was this considered an exploit by neither "the guild" nor me but intended behaviour.

edit: i should point out that i can only talk for myself and not the guild.
