My ingame Name is Seisaflual

I played my character Seisaflual ca 1 week before the server was down.

Today I wanted to create the token for the link. Suddenly I got the message that my account is banned.

I do not know why the account was banned. Maybe hack? As I said I've never done anything with the account. Could you please check the account again?

As the announcement said, we are not reviewing bans any more. A number of in-active accounts were compromised and had to be banned as they were used by spammers and gold sellers. This might have happened to your account.

Will you be deleting the characters on banned accounts so we can at least recover our character names?
