Account closed!

i don't know if it's banned or a bug but it says that my account is closed and when I try to log in on the website it says bad creditentials...

I created another account to check if it the problem comes from my acc or not but i have the exact same message on the fresh account. I noticed that it shows the same message if we enter bad credidential. But i don't think i've been hacked... First i have a fresh new Windows 10 install + antivirus, then i'm only lvl 19 so why the hell would someone hack me...??

Can you please look into this ?
