I have never used cheats bought gold hacked or anything wrong ever in my life , why i am being PERMAbanned?????¿?¿?¿¿??¿ i spent a lot of time in my char and now i get permaban for no reason wtf whY'???????¿?¿? omg:(

Let's make some things clear before we continue.
1. All staff members will talk with respect to you and as such we expect the same level of respect from our players/community.
2. If you swear or use bad language in your post it will not go faster.
3. Using a lot of signs and capital letters will not make us more active and willing to help you in any way.

If you understood what I have wrote above, please answer my questions below:
1. Can you give us a character name on your banned account?
2. Can you tell us on which server that character is? (e.g PvP Server)
