Banned. For what...?

I tried logging in today and my account has been banned.

As far as I know, unless I've been hacked, I have done absolutely nothing wrong.

I have not bought gold.

I have not bought power leveling.

I have not advertised for either.

I have not done anything to warrant a ban.

I messaged a GM asking why I was banned: Nothing. No warning, no email explanation. I just log in to see that my account is closed. What's the deal?
